Scalloped Metal Coffee Table

How cool is this vintage scalloped metal coffee table? It’s a 1930′s Empire Style center table covered in weathered, galvanized tin. I love the scalloped top and scrolled feet. It’s a great mix of organic and formal design.

I found this blog while searching google. Quite impressive too, since google tends to display relatively old results but this one is very recent! Anyway, pretty informative, especially since this is not a subject a lot of people are able to write something good about. Take care…

Love this section with your lovely finds. I wondered…this empire table with the great metal top was not listed from a particular vendor although each of the others have a link below. Might you be able to supply us with this source as well? I just loved the row of nailheads on the top giving it that industrial “found art” scuptural appeal.
Beautiful work and great website!

The best coffee table I’ve seen in a long time. Love it! Do you have a source you can email? Thanks! Glad I found you via google search.
