I’m proud to share that One Kings Lane is featuring my company in its Tastemaker Tag Sale.
I’m crazy about these rustic gems. They’d be perfect in a cabin or a lake house or you could take them in another direction and frame something colorful and modern with them. They’re from the early 20th century and would add just the right note if you’re going for something rustic in your design.

Check them out.
I’m a big fan of two-tiered tables because they have such interesting profiles. This late 19th century table with branded casting at the base is a perfect example.

These lamps are a great example of one of my favorite aesthetics–industrial utility object paired with an elegant shade. I love the juxtaposition between the two and think these look fantastic in pairs.

Australian designer and blogger Anna Spiro featured one of her own designs on her blog, Absolutely Beautiful Things. It’s what she calls a Max side table and I think it’s very cool and has a great design. And what a fantastic color!

This is a vintage desk from the 1940s and I’m not sure which I like more–the simple, elegant design or the really great patina that has come with age. It comes from an artist’s workshop and has a single drawer.

These chairs are a great complement to the ones I posted yesterday. With this pair of chairs, the wood grain is absolutely integral to the design. It highlights their spare simplicity and form. Once again, I can see these working in a modern setting as well as in a rustic one.

I really love these blue 20th Century Windsor chairs. The color really makes them unique and more versatile than a traditional wood grain. I can as easily envision them in a modern setting as in a more traditional one.
